Play Cloths Holiday 2009 Now In Stock!

I haven't had a chance to get the leak of Til The Casket Drops, but I have had a chance to get a firsthand look at this Holiday season's shipment of Play Cloths. It's safe to say that if this drop is any indication of how great the music is, then I might as well buy the CD without even listening to it first! This shipment included tees, a button up, a zip hoodie, a varsity jacket, and cold weather accessories and I don't even know where to begin to talk about it. If I didn't already have a grey coat I'd already have bought the Toasty Wooly Varsity Jacket...and I think I'll probably end up getting the Speak Easy button up. Just like every Play Cloths shipment, this one will sell out pretty quickly! It's inevitable when the designs are this great!

Nike SB x Fluff Magazine Bruin

I'm just gonna be honest here...I had never heard of the Netherlands based skate mag Fluff Magazine until I saw pics of these Bruins online. It seems like pretty much every SB collab shoe does it right. Maybe it's because Nike's SB team has gotten lazy, or maybe it's just because when you've shown so much brilliance in the past there's only one way to go. Regardless of the case, it seems like every Bruin released to date has been dead on, and these (in my opinion) are no exception. Grey suede with tonal canvas accents keep things simple but definitely not understated. Again, my opinion, but it seems like the shoes that don't try to do too much with the designs are actually doing more. Maybe not. Everyone's got different tastes.

Anyways, here's the info you want: The release (party) date is set for December 12th...in Barcelona. If you're a Motivation customer out there, go check it out! Those of you who reside in the States, check out fluff-sb.com for more info on the project. These are supposed to be limited, so make sure to stay on top of things if you want to get your hands on a pair!

HUF Fall 2009 Delivery 2 Now in Stock!

Drop #2 from the HUF Fall collection is now in stock, and it is as solid as ever! Its a small shipment with key pieces and pretty much everything you need to make an outfit out of. I haven't had the chance to check this out in person just yet (only online), but from what I'm seeing, I'm definitely going to have to pick up the Buffalo Stripe Flannel...and maybe even some denim too. There's also the Duck Canvas Camo New Era in here, and I'd have to say HUF is always bringing some of the best New Era designs. This shipment isn't that big, so be sure to act quickly if you've got your eye on something!

Chip Tha Ripper: The Cleveland Show Mixtape

The new Chip Tha Ripper: The Cleveland Show mixtape, which is presented by (Motivation co-owner) Mick Boogie and our fam Terry Urban, just dropped today! You might have heard Chip on Kid Cudi's album, but this mixtape really speaks for itself. It is a very strong release and almost every beat is ill. I gotta be honest, I was pleasently surprised! Plus it has features from Big Sean, Curren$y, Naledge (Kidz In The Hall) and more. Tracklist is below along with the link to download it!

Jordan 25th Anniversary Silver Collection

Its the 25th Anniversary of the Air Jordan sneaker coming up and Jordan Brand is planning on putting out a "Silver Anniversary Collection" where 25 different sneakers will be given the all-white treatment. Here is a preview of the first four.

Given how wack all-white Air Force Ones are, what are your thoughts on these? Im un-decided because the XI's dont look bad, the mix of white materials is nice, but Im not so sure about the all regular leather ones (I & VIs).

Their famous Adam Bomb hats return this season in some off-the-wall colorways, and the Adam Snapback hats return as well in solid colors. Ro Spit: The Oh S#!t Project Mixtape

Unless you are in the Detroit area and living under a rock, you have to know that Ro aka Ro Spit, one of the owners of Burn Rubber, is an emcee. Well he just dropped his latest project a few weeks ago, and I finally got a chance to listen to it and its dope! You might have heard either "Leave Me Alone" or "Renaissance State of Mind" on the radio around here and it also features some guest appearances by Bun B, Big Sean, Curtains, and many others. The Hundreds Badam Capsule

The Hundreds is huge!

This capsule drop we'll be seeing this Friday is definitely taking some Spy vs Spy cues, with the "Badam" logo seen on these New Eras also being put on tees in the same colors.

I think it's pretty refreshing to see a brand that's redone their one logo so frequently take it in a totally different direction. I wish these weren't only available in the flagship SF and LA stores because I probably would have bought at least one tee and New Era. Oh well!

Rogue Status Holiday 2009 Delivery 2 Now in Stock!

We just got in a huge shipment of Rogue Status Holiday here at Motivation consisting mainly of men's outwear and women's t-shirts...but it also includes the limited Rogue Status Alpha sneakers! If the Gunshow print is your thing then you're in luck because there's a ton of Gun Show items in this shipment - crewneck and hooded sweatshirts, beanies, fitted hats, belts, wallets, and more! There's also a dope (and reasonably priced!) varsity jacket as well as the Gunfill hoodies which should not be looked over. For the ladies, there are 5 different colorways of the Gun Show V-Neck t-shirts, as well as some other designs in the Carlin and Clusterf*ck t-shirts.
